8月28日（金）にブラックピンクとのコラボシングル「ICE CREAM」をリリースするセレーナ・ゴメス。プレミアムアイスクリームブランド「セレンディピティアイスクリーム」の経営に参加、新曲のタイトルにちなんでオリジナルフレーバーのアイスクリームを発売することを発表した。「セレンディピティアイスクリーム」は名前からもわかるようにニューヨークにあるカフェ「セレンディピティ3」のブランド。このカフェの看板メニューフローズンホットチョコレートはセレブたちのお気に入り。
セレーナはインスタグラムで「あのアイコニックなセレンディピティ3に通って育った私にとって、このカフェの経営チームに加わることはこれ以上ないほどワクワクすること。ブラックピンクと一緒に「ICE CREAM」をリリースするのを称えて『クッキー＆クリームリミックス』を作りました。ベースのバニラアイスクリームはピンクよ。ブラックピンクへの敬意を表してね！」とコメント、この新曲のミュージックビデオの撮影中にメイクルームでアイスクリームを食べる様子をアップしている。
